The Jacobus Center has supplied family planning/reproductive health services to the Cortland community since 1972. Quality health care and programs are provided with respect by our caring and professional team of nurse practitioners, nurses, educators, and support staff.

Our Mission:

To provide individuals the information and means to exercise personal choice in relation to their reproductive health care needs.  Our priority is to provide services to underserved individuals in the community.
